Hey, I’m Colin! Needless to say, I’ve been passionate about photography for as long as I can remember. And while it began as a hobby, it eventually led to a career in journalism. However, after years of taking shots of people who typically DON’T want their picture taken (some poor guy who just lost his house in a tornado for example), I decided it was time for a change. I started slowly, taking classes and doing portraits for friends and family. Yet I soon realized that my true passion wasn’t just photography, it was working with people. I love to do everything I can from behind the camera to get you to laugh and illicit those genuine reactions that breathe life into any picture. I want every photoshoot to feel safe and comfortable, but most importantly, fun. Because I guarantee you, if you’re having fun in the photos, it will show. And to me, that’s what it’s all about.
